Who can buy internationally on Go Wholesale?
There are no additional requirements to buy from international brands. If you’re buying inventory for a brick-and-mortar store, online store, or a pop-up shop, you can sign up for free!
Do I need a VAT number?
Retailers aren’t required to have a Value-added tax (VAT) number to buy on Go Wholesale. If you don’t have a VAT number, there’s an option to indicate that at checkout.
Do I need an EORI number?
An Economic Operators Registration and Identification (EORI) number isn’t required to checkout on Go Wholesale. That said, having an EORI number helps prevent potential delays and storage fees if your order is unable to be processed by customs in a timely fashion.
Do I need an ABN?
Retailers based in Australia are asked at checkout to provide their ABN number, as well as to inform us if they are registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST).
How does shipping work?
Our marketplace is made up of independent brands that ship their products directly to buyers. Normally retailers pay for shipping costs, but Go Wholesale is offering a limited time promotion where we fully cover the cost of shipping for eligible European retailers.
How do I pay for orders?
On Go Wholesale, you can pay by credit card, debit card, or directly from your bank account.
How will I be charged for VAT?
We’ll charge VAT on your invoice for orders shipping within your country, so long as the brand is VAT registered. For any orders that are shipping from outside of your country, VAT will typically be charged upon import. If you’re a VAT-registered retailer, you can reclaim import VAT the same way that you reclaim VAT for domestic orders.
How will I be charged for GST?
GST may be applied to orders placed with brands through our platform depending on where the brand is shipping the products from at the point of sale.
How do I track my order?
After a brand has fulfilled your order, you will receive an email and you may view it on your account under 'Orders'.
