Understanding your order's status

When accepting, fulfilling, and being paid for orders, the status should be visible throughout this process. We will go over each status as well as any pending action items required to ensure you are paid out properly.

There are three different statuses that an order will move through for fulfilling an order.

•Order Received - the time the order was received

•On Picking - Implies that you're preparing the order

•Shipped - Shows that you've dispatched the parcel

Other Status are: 

•Awaiting Approval - This refers for credit terms/payment acceptance which needs approval from credit company such as Hokodo, Klarna and Clearpay

•Part Shipped - some items have been shipped

•Refunded - All items have been refunded

•Part Refunded - Few items were refunded

•Cancelled - Unfulfilled and should be refunded
